There are two different collet sizes with Dremel: 2.35mm (3/32 inch) or 3mm (1/8 inch)
If your chuck of Dremel is 3mm (1/8 inch), then the grinding bit can be installed and used directly. Because the shank diameter of grinding bit is 3mm (1/8 inch).
